Choosing a therapist is an important decision.
Make sure that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and ask some important questions. Before you make the first call, think about why you are calling (relationship difficulty, low mood, anxiety, etc...). This way, when you make your intitial contact, you are prepared to see if the therapist has experience or expertise treating your concerns.
